You want to grow a practice where you get to decide the plan of care.Mission focused and passionate about improving access to quality healthcare.Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.Comfortable working independently in a group setting while also seeking support and consultation from colleagues.Ability to interact and collaborate with community partners and emergency medical/psychiatric service providers to ensure patient safety, including whether a patient needs a higher level of care.Possesses computer/technology skills to efficiently document using an electronic health record and conduct telemedicine visits, as well as communicating/meeting with colleagues virtually.
