Instructional Design Professional Job

About the Role Our client is seeking a creative and analytical Instructional Designer to develop engaging and effective learning experiences for their organization in Welkom . This role involves designing and developing training programs, e-learning modules, and other learning solutions that meet specific business objectives and learner needs. You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to translate complex information into accessible and impactful learning content. Key Responsibilities Design and develop instructional materials for various delivery methods, including e-learning, instructor-led training (ILT), and blended learning.

Collaborate with SMEs to identify learning needs, define learning objectives, and develop content outlines.

Develop assessments, job aids, facilitator guides, and other performance support materials.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role.

Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles, ADDIE, SAM, or other instructional design models .

Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in developing blended learning solutions and facilitating virtual training sessions.
