Civil Litigation Attorney - Construction Defect & Business Litigation
A respected law firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join its Washington team. This is a fully remote opportunity for an attorney with at least five years of civil litigation experience and a background in construction defect, business litigation, or related civil litigation matters.

The firm offers the opportunity to handle substantive litigation matters while working remotely and managing a caseload that will vary based on your experience.
Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
Handle construction defect and business litigation matters
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and prepare for litigation proceedings
5+ years of civil litigation experience

• Experience with construction defect and/or business litigation
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Experience handling litigation matters with a high degree of independence
• Strong oral advocacy and communication skills
• Fully remote position

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Washington litigator who wants to continue doing meaningful civil litigation work without giving up the flexibility of a remote practice. The firm is open to tailoring the caseload to the attorney's experience and background.
