As an Emergency Department RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients of all ages presenting with a wide range of emergent and urgent conditions. Providing rapid intervention and stabilization for medical, surgical, traumatic, psychiatric, and pediatric emergencies

Administering medications, treatments, and procedures according to hospital policy

Operating and monitoring medical equipment such as cardiac monitors and ventilators

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, advanced practice providers, and EMS personnel

Coordinating patient care, including diagnostic testing and disposition planning

Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately

Participating in rapid response, trauma activations, and other emergency protocols

Maintaining strict adherence to infection control and safety guidelines

Supporting a culture of patient-centered care and service excellence

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma (or compact license)

Prior experience in Emergency Nursing, Critical Care, or high-acuity settings
