Recruiter/Recruiting

In this role you will help ambitious startups and growing companies hire outstanding talent across technology and go-to-market (GTM) roles. You will manage searches from sourcing and outreach through screening, submission, interviews, and placement, working closely with senior recruiters and account managers.

Learn the client’s business, the role’s requirements, and what the hiring manager values. Use LinkedIn, talent databases, research, and targeted outreach to reach relevant people, including those who are not actively looking.
Connect the company, role, and growth opportunity with each candidate’s interests and motivations.
Explore experience, achievements, and personal contribution to projects. Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates, follow up promptly, and guide them through the hiring process.
1-5 years of recruiting experience in an agency or in-house environment, with strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
