Direct Support/Personal Care Professional

Direct Support Professional I (DSP I)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm
is looking for compassionate, energetic, and dependable individuals to join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP I). In this rewarding role, you'll support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities by helping them achieve greater independence, participate in meaningful activities, and enjoy a fulfilling day program experience.
Support individuals with personal care, mobility, and daily living needs
Plan and lead engaging recreational and community-based activities
Assist with positive behavioral supports and individualized care plans
Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team dedicated to person-centered care
