Head of Programme Management

Leading a multidisciplinary team to support federal digital modernization efforts, the full-time remote Program Manager will ensure overall delivery success, manage client relationships with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and oversee program operations including staffing and financial management.

Key responsibilities

Accountable for contract delivery, quality, and stakeholder communication across all program workstreams

Own the relationship with the VA client, serving as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders

Manage staffing, financial performance, and compliance for the program, proactively identifying and mitigating risks

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience managing federal IT or digital services programs, preferably within the VA or other civilian agencies

Demonstrated experience leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs with direct ownership of a client relationship

Strong understanding of federal acquisition, governance, and compliance fundamentals

Experience managing program financials (margin, utilization, burn) as prime with subcontractors
