Join Vertex Service Partners as a Human Resources Administrator! The ideal candidate enjoys the operational function of human resources while providing excellent support to our employees. They should be detail oriented, have great time management, and enjoy executing weekly operational HR tasks while collaborating with a growing team of HR professionals. Manage end-to-end onboarding in partnership with the talent acquisition team and local management.
Employee Data Management
Maintain accurate employee records, including pay changes, job titles, and reporting structures.
Process employee terminations and support HRIS maintenance and reporting.
Payroll Support
Administer weekly payroll processing, including timecard approvals, prorations, commissions, and garnishments.
Ensure accurate calculation and reporting of payroll items.
Coordinate tax jurisdiction setup and manage manual payroll adjustments.
Conduct benefits orientation and ensure timely enrollment for new hires.
Prepare year-end tax documents, including W-2 and 1095 forms.
Employee Engagement
Assist with company engagement surveys and culture building both regionally and at the corporate level.
Build and maintain a comprehensive [resource/database] for stakeholders.].
Provide actionable insights through data analysis and reporting.].
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of HR generalist (or related administrative) experience covering the various areas in the job description.
Proficiency in using office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication skill, both written and verbal, and relationship building skills.
Detail oriented with strong data and process capabilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Proficiency in using HR Systems, ADP Workforce Now experience.
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., Competitive base salary with a target range of $60,000-65,000 .
Compensation for this role may be provided as hourly pay, salary, commission, piece-rate, bonuses, incentives, or a combination of these methods, depending on the position. Where required by law, we also provide a general description of benefits and other forms of compensation offered, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other employee programs.
