Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and design tailored therapy strategies that help them reach their functional aspirations
Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as medical staff, to provide integrated and comprehensive care
Educate Patients and Families: Provide insights and training to patients and their caregivers to ensure sustained progress beyond therapy sessions
Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and adapt treatment plans accordingly, keeping patients on their pathways to success
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
