($20 – $25/hr + Overtime + Bonus Opportunities), benefits, PTO, etc.

About the Job
We’re hiring a Quality Control Inspector for a busy manufacturing facility in Buffalo. This is a hands-on role on the production floor, checking products at different stages to make sure everything meets quality standards.
If you’ve worked in manufacturing, production, or quality control , this is a great opportunity with steady hours, strong benefits, and built-in time off throughout the month.
Schedule
- Rotating schedule (Panama-style - 2-2-3)
- 12hr shifts
- Built-in days off every other week (long weekends)
- Consistent, predictable schedule
What You’ll Be Doing
Inspect products throughout the production process (receiving, cutting, assembly, packaging, shipping)
Use basic tools like calipers and micrometers to take measurements
Record inspection results and production data
Flag defects or issues and report them to supervisors
Help support quality checks and basic problem-solving on the floor
Follow clear processes and guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years in manufacturing, production, or quality control preferred
- Comfortable working on a production floor
- Good attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience using measurement tools is a plus
- Degree is a plus, but not required
