Provide comprehensive, continuous healthcare for individuals and families spanning all agesfrom children to seniors.

Address chronic diseases, preventive medicine, acute health issues, and mental health challenges using a patient-centered approach.

Perform routine physical examinations, analyze diagnostic data, and craft individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with care coordinators, behavioral health experts, and specialists to deliver holistic patient care.

Engage in quality improvement projects that boost patient outcomes and drive organizational excellence.

Maintain accurate and current patient documentation using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Deliver care both in-person and through telemedicine to meet diverse patient preferences and needs.

MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.

Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine recognized by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).

Board Certified in Family Medicine.

Eligible for or currently possess an active medical license in North Carolina.

Demonstrated diagnostic and clinical abilities, emphasizing preventive and proactive healthcare.

Technologically adept, with experience in EMRs and telehealth solutions.
