Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time ALL SHIFT

Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 3rd Shift (Full-Time) 12 hours
Friends Homes is hiring Full-Time RNs and LPNs for our overnight (3rd shift) team. If you’re a compassionate nurse who enjoys making a meaningful impact in a supportive, team-focused environment—this is the opportunity for you.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Schedule: Full-Time (every other weekend required)

LPN Pay: Starting at $27.00+/hr (based on experience)

RN Pay: Starting at $32.50+/hr (based on experience)

Shift Differentials: Available for all shifts, including weekends

As an RN or LPN at Friends Homes, you will provide high-quality care to residents in a long-term care setting, supporting both their physical and emotional well-being.

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

Monitor resident health and report changes in condition

Supervise CNAs and support the care team

Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings

Respond to emergencies and follow safety/infection control protocols

Current North Carolina RN or LPN license

Experience in long-term care or geriatrics
