Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment in Rochester, New York. This role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality patient care within an acute care setting, contributing to a dynamic healthcare team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring positive patient outcomes during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with established nursing standards and hospital policies.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for efficacy and adverse reactions.
Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress accurately and timely.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding healthcare environment.
