Pharmacy Manager (Pharmacist in Charge)We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to serve as the Pharmacist in Charge, overseeing daily pharmacy operations, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance in a hospital setting. This role combines leadership responsibilities with clinical and dispensing duties.Monday – Friday8:00 AM – 5:00 PMNo on-call (must be available by phone as needed)Supervise daily pharmacy operations, staffing, and workflow managementServe as Pharmacist in Charge per State Board of Pharmacy requirementsEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policiesOversee medication dispensing, clinical functions, and quality assurance initiativesDevelop and implement process improvements and workflow efficienciesProvide staff education, training, and support on procedures and best practicesActive California Board of Pharmacy (BOP) licenseBLS certification (AHA required)Minimum 5 years of recent Pharmacy Manager experience in a hospital setting
