Option 1: Travel to Reno 1–2 Days Per Week
Maintain your existing home and professional base in Northern California or another nearby market while traveling to Reno for concentrated orthodontic clinical days.
Option 2: Relocate to Reno
Move to Northern Nevada, receive partial relocation assistance , and grow with the practice as we expand the orthodontic schedule toward approximately 4+ clinical days per week .
Either way, you'll step into an established dental organization with a growing pediatric referral engine, guaranteed daily compensation, incentives for new starts, and significant long-term runway.

You'll earn immediately while helping develop what leadership believes can become one of the strongest integrated pediatric and orthodontic programs in Northern Nevada.
Option 1: Keep Your Home Base — Travel to Reno
For Orthodontists based in Sacramento, Northern California, Lake Tahoe, or other nearby Western markets , this opportunity does not necessarily require relocation.
You can maintain your existing residence and professional commitments while traveling to Reno approximately:
1–2 Clinical Days Per Week
This model is ideal for an Orthodontist who:
Lives within reasonable travel distance of Reno
Does not want to relocate immediately
Rather than building another practice or referral network from scratch, you'll step into an established organization with patients, systems, treatment coordination, and internal referrals already in place.
Option 2: Relocate to Reno and Grow With Us
