Recruiting Coordinator

Trident Consulting is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for one of our clients in San Francisco, CA - Remote — a global leader in transportation technology.

Source candidates for Green Card (PERM) labor market testing.

Conduct approximately 20 phone screens per month.

Coordinate candidates through the immigration hiring process.

Support the immigration/GC team and Recruitment Manager.

Focus on process coordination and compliance rather than full-cycle recruiting.

2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination experience.

• Strong resume screening and phone screening skills.
• Comfortable with administrative coordination and high-volume workflow.
• Experience supporting immigration/PERM processes is a plus but not explicitly required.
