What You Can Expect From This Role
27 bed unit with 5 chest pain beds
Pediatric Level 2 Trauma Center
Team-based nursing model (1:4-6 ratio)
Self-scheduling unit in 6 week blocks
Dedicated ED pharmacist and 24-hour social worker
Continuing education scholarships - including conferences, certification, licensure
Safe working environment reinforced by all team members
Certification pay available
Additional PTO for night shift offered
Full-time (0.9 FTE), night shift opening
Qualifications
Education: Associate degree in nursing required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred
Experience: 1+ year RN Experience; ED experience preferred
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
