Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Holmdel, New Jersey.

Make a real difference as a travel PTA. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.

Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment.

Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.

Experience with restorative nursing programs, transfers, gait training, and therapeutic exercise preferred.

Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams and document care per facility standards.

Shift Details: Start: ASAP.

Holmdel is adjacent to the historic Holmdel Park and within a 25-minute drive to Sandy Hook and the Atlantic coast for waterfront recreation, beaches, and boating.
