Responsibilities

Work with a strong patient volume from day one.

Collaborate in a team environment with experienced clinical and administrative support.

Maintain a flexible Full-Time or Part-Time schedule.

Participate in continuing education and professional development.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry Residency.

Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist.

Active (or eligible for) Idaho Dental License.

Current BLS/PALS Certification.

Required Skills

Passion for providing exceptional pediatric dental care.

Preferred Skills

Experience in a pediatric dental practice.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay range and compensation package

Up to $450,000 annually.

$1,500 Daily Guarantee.

30%–35% Net Production (Whichever is Greater).

$20,000 Sign-On Bonus.
