Physician - Family Medicine - Hospitalist (Full-Time)

We are seeking day shift hospitalist to join our well-established team of 18 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers (APPs), supported by a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator at Mt. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.
Our team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement.
Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food and sports.
Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation, but we understand the importance of spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors.
We offer a flexible schedule that allows for work-life balance. Focus on managing complex cases in an open ICU environment with intensivist coverage, without the expectation of performing procedures or running codes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to teaching medical and APP students from surrounding universities and programs on occasion.
Participate in regular team meetings, held two to three times per week, to discuss critical items, and engage in monthly regional meetings to review performance and address outstanding practice matters.
