Job Description

Create Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and devise personalized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional objectives
Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-supported methods to bolster patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and activities of daily living
Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to provide well-rounded, comprehensive care
Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their caregivers in therapeutic techniques that encourage sustained progress at home
Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as needed to ensure patients stay aligned with their goals
Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Ongoing education and specialized certifications encouraged and supported
Certifications

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
