Craft Individualized Therapy Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and create personalized intervention strategies to help them meet their functional objectives.
Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Work closely with occupational, physical and speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee comprehensive and effective care.
Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic practices that support continued improvement outside of the clinic.
Monitor patient progress, document clinical outcomes, and adjust therapy approaches to ensure effective treatment.
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
A genuine enthusiasm for helping individuals achieve their maximum level of independence.
