Golden Care is hiring top caregivers in the East County to join our growing team!! We have caregiver positions open in the East County. We offer competitive pay, starting at $19/hr and up will be determined by applicants experience, availability, and distance willing to travel to shifts. The role of a caregiver at Golden Care is to provide high-quality, non-medical care and support services to clients, delivering care with professionalism, empathy, compassion, kindness, and in a respectful manner. Some caregiver duties include, but not limited to:

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Assist clients with all their ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) in accordance with individualized care plans (i.e., personal hygiene assistance oral care, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, bathing, dressing, etc.)
Light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing to maintain a clean-living environment.
MUST have at least 3 months of professional experience working as a caregiver;
MUST be, or willing to register as a California Home Care Aide (HCA);
MUST be 18 years of age or older;
MUST be able to provide 2 forms of ID such as a Driver's license, social security, Passport, and or Birth certificate;
Follow clients provided plan of care, safety precautions, and procedures.
Monitor, observe, and report suspected concerns or change of clients' condition or health status to a supervisor or the appropriate parties immediately.
Communicate effectively and respond to all forms of communication from the office in a timely manner.
MUST have a passion and the desire to help others improve their quality of life, while maintaining clients' self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
MUST be comfortable using a smartphone for basic communication and care documentation.
Paid training (paid at minimum wage).
