Target Range: $17.00/Hr. - $Critical customer-facing position and is the primary contact for selected clients. Communicate with customers by telephone to provide product and service information, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

Describe products and services to customers in order to respond to customer questions and issues

recalling and applying that information during customer calls/emails

Answer secure and unsecure email and live chat inquiries by clarifying desired information; Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience

Banking or call center experience highly preferred
