What will be expected of our new graduates?
As a new graduate at ENERCON, you will be expected to actively engage in various tasks and responsibilities crucial to the success of our projects. You will be tasked with learning and applying codes and standards for designing projects, being organized and efficient, having a positive attitude towards learning and feedback, collaborating with senior engineers for field data collection, and adapting to new software systems. Graduated or graduating with a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET- accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors.
Graduating May-June 2026 preferred.
Circuit Analysis (could be called Circuits I, Circuits II, Intro to Circuits, etc.), Power Systems (could be called Electric Power, Electric Machines, Power Systems, Power Engineering, etc.), A solid working foundation with your major's core concepts.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.
Some roles may involve work on federal contracts that require employees to be citizens of the United States. S. citizens will be considered.
College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post-graduation.
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies.
The salary range for this full-time position is $71,000.00- $85,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, geographic location, and internal equity.
Some positions may be performed remotely in one or more U.Employment is contingent upon passing pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings, background checks, and annual motor vehicle record reviews per company and client policies.
