Our client is seeking an experienced Plumber to perform maintenance and repairs on campus plumbing systems and fixtures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial plumbing systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Maintain and repair campus plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilets, sinks, showers, and related equipment.
Perform repairs and maintenance on underground plumbing systems, including irrigation lines as needed.
Maintain and assist with repairs to boilers and other mechanical systems.
Diagnose plumbing issues and complete repairs in a timely manner.
Order plumbing supplies and materials as needed to support daily operations.
Minimum of five (5) years of plumbing experience preferred.
General knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and installation methods.
Licensed Plumber preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems efficiently.
Vocational/Technical (VoTech) training with a major in Plumbing preferred.
Knowledge of swimming pool operations or Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus
