Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (LPN or RN).
Active South Carolina nursing license in good standing required.
Strong commitment to patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and ongoing professional development.
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems and clinical documentation.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a physician practice, family medicine, primary care, specialty clinic, urgent care, community health center, or other outpatient healthcare setting.
Experience with patient triage, care coordination, medication administration, immunizations, chronic disease management, and patient education.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with providers, clinical staff, and patients in a fast-paced medical office environment.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly valued.
Passion for building patient relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Serve as a key member of the healthcare team by delivering high-quality nursing care and supporting positive patient outcomes.
Perform patient assessments, clinical triage, treatments, injections, immunizations, medication administration, and follow-up care.
Educate patients on preventive health, wellness programs, chronic disease management, medications, and treatment plans.
Coordinate care through referrals, prior authorizations, prescription refills, diagnostic testing, and follow-up communications.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to improve patient access, workflow efficiency, and overall patient satisfaction.
Deliver compassionate, professional care while creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient.
