Job Title: Vehicle Systems Engineer
We are seeking a Vehicle Systems Engineer to support vehicle-level integration and testing for advanced safety and autonomous systems. The role focuses on system validation, vehicle builds, data collection, and supporting cross-functional engineering teams in an Agile development environment.
Lead and support vehicle integration, system checkout, and validation activities across ADAS and autonomous platforms.
Execute vehicle-level testing, including scheduling, test planning, procedure development, and data collection.
Drive test vehicles and perform real-world data acquisition and analysis.
Coordinate with global engineering teams to meet program deliverables and timelines.
Document test results, identify issues, and support root cause analysis.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and Automotive SPICE standards.
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes.
Bachelor's degree in engineering.

• 2+ years of vehicle-level testing experience in ADAS/Autonomous Driving or 3+ years in vehicle testing (durability, dynamics, or homologation).
• Experience with vehicle builds and hands-on testing activities.
• Experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, FlexRay, Ethernet).

Experience working in Agile development environments.

This is a Contract position based out of Carmel, IN.
