Spiller Bowling Green Veterans Center is a 60-bed long-term care facility located in beautifulBowling Green, Kentucky that is committed to serving Kentucky's Veterans by fostering independence, preservingdignity and providing compassionate care.
We are currently seeking motivated Registered Nurses to work in our Clinical department as a Charge Nurse.These 4 (four) positions will serve in the role of Administrative Charge Nurse and supervise professional andancillary employees in the administration of efficient nursing care. Applicants should have an active, unrestricted status as a Registered Nurse (RN)on the KBN licensure verification.
Administer medications and treatments, as well as helping to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of our Veterans.

A fingerprint-supported national background check will be conducted prior to an offer of employment.
This job classification is approved for the following shift premiums, in compliance with 101 KAR 2:034 Section9(2), which are applied to the base salary:Second & Third shift: 15%Weekend: 25%Holidays: 25%
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Must have two years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
A bachelor's degree in nursing will substitute for one year of the required experience.
Must be licensed in Kentucky as a registered nurse or possess a valid work permit issued by the Kentucky Board of Nursing. ; Incumbents work with patients, clients, or employees who may have been exposed to infectious diseases which may require the following of safety procedures.
