General Laborer
Ace mixes rubber compounds for many industries including the roller industry, belting and printing industries and also for molding applications.
Afternoon and morning shifts available.
Afternoon shift offers a compressed week (Mon to Thurs) working 3:30pm- 2:45am.
Morning shift (Mon to Thurs) working 5:00am- 3:00pm and a partial shift on Friday.
All positions are Full-time.
Hourly rate starts at $18.00. With ongoing training and mastering the operation of different types of equipment, at the 2 year' mark the pay range can be $22.00 to $25.00
PLUS Production bonuses paid weekly!
Types of equipment we will teach you to operate

Loading and unloading of ingredients from pallets, you need to be able to safely lift 50 lbs repetitively and move heavy items on a regular basis
Operate the equipment that mixes our rubber products
Some post-secondary courses or on the job training in manufacturing, production, assembly, or similar industrial setting is preferred

• 1 year working in an industrial setting OR restaurant, hospitality, lawn care are all transferrable skills
• Very comfortable using a wide variety of tools, equipment, standing for prolonged periods of time
• Ensure the quality of your work both visually and by using specific tools to test the quality
