Firefly Autism
Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts work in our beautiful Lakewood Colorado facility, designing, training and monitoring the implementation of instructional and treatment programming, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals for Early Childhood and School Age clients. In Person Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
~1 work from home day bi-weekly
Mentorship: BCBA's receive weekly 1:1 meeting with the clinical director.
- Team support, clinical and family collaboration, and increasing individual autonomy to help each client reach adaptive goals and individual learning objectives.
- 25 billable hours weekly for full-time BCBA's
- Up to (12) Twelve paid federal holidays
- Medical/Dental/Vision (we share the cost of your elected premiums at 50%, dependents are shared at 25%)

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
