ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – LABOR & EMPLOYMENT

Labor & Employment Practice Group Our client, a leading management-side labor and employment law firm, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its New York office . This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with substantial employment litigation experience who is looking to work on sophisticated matters for a diverse client base in a fast-paced, nationally recognized practice. JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record

• 5–7 years of substantive employment law experience, with a strong focus on wage and hour litigation and counseling,
• Significant experience advising employers on compliance with federal, state and local wage and hour laws
• Ability to leverage AI-driven and emerging technologies effectively to improve efficiency, enhance client service, and elevate the quality of legal work products.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters , from inception through resolution

Advise employers on complex workplace law issues , including employee relations, compliance, and risk management Draft and negotiate employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and executive compensation provisions Aptitude to apply AI driven and emerging technologies effectively to enhance efficiency, client service, and legal work product Attorneys in this group are trusted advisors to employers navigating an increasingly complex and evolving employment landscape.
