We're searching for a skilled Maintenance Engineer who will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that every aspect of our property operates smoothly and efficiently. Hourly Pay: $18 - $21

As our Maintenance Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind maintaining our hotel's infrastructure, from fixing equipment and handling guest requests to performing preventative maintenance. Handle maintenance requests swiftly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction with timely solutions.

Follow established procedures and policies diligently, and report emergencies or unusual situations immediately.

Perform a range of preventative maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and minor repairs, contributing to the hotel's upkeep including guest rooms, meeting rooms, equipment, and furniture.

Conduct regular property walks to monitor cleanliness and address any maintenance issues promptly.

Immediately follow up on any alarms or safety concerns.

Assist in maintenance of health code requirements for pool and spa.

Regular property walks throughout the day to ensure proper cleaning/sanitation is occurring.

Assist housekeeping in stripping rooms, carting laundry, sanitizing the gym/fitness center as needed.

Prior Engineering experience in a hotel or similar field preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Licensed in a trade preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
