Registered Nurse (RN) L&D - Labor and

RN In Labor & Delivery
Join our dedicated team as an RN in Labor & Delivery, where you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to mothers and their newborns.
What You'll Be Doing

Assess patients' clinical conditions and prioritize actions in critical situations
Formulate individualized nursing diagnoses and care plans across the lifespan
Initiate emergency measures when physicians are unavailable
Operate and monitor specialized emergency care equipment
Administer prescribed therapeutic measures and document patient care
Evaluate patient progress and update care plans accordingly
Provide guidance and direction to nursing staff and ensure quality care delivery
Maintain a safe and well-equipped environment for patient care
What We Need To See

Active Oklahoma or Compact Registered Nurse License
BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet physical demands of the role
