Recruitment Resourcer (remote)

We are currently looking for an Onboarding Specialist in the United States. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine consultative sales, technical onboarding, and customer success within a fast-evolving business messaging ecosystem. You will play a key role in guiding clients from initial engagement through successful platform adoption, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience. Lead onboarding processes, providing both commercial guidance and technical support before and after client activation

Serve as the primary point of contact for key and premium partners, ensuring strong, long‑term relationships

Support clients in understanding platform capabilities and best practices to maximize value and performance

Identify customer needs and proactively recommend solutions to enhance their onboarding experience

Experience in onboarding, customer success, sales, or a related client‑facing role (junior and senior profiles considered)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both commercial and technical discussions

Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, or technical integrations is a strong advantage

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams in a remote, async setup

Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑first approach

For senior candidates: deep domain expertise, ability to define strategies, and experience managing complex projects or partnerships

Junior level: €2,000 - €4,000
