If you answered yes to all the questions above, then you should know Congressional Country Club is seeking a Server to join the House Grill team. The House Grill is our year-round, three-meal-period family restaurant. We are looking for an engaging and attentive Server who can create memorable dining experiences while providing exceptional food and beverage service to our members and guests.

What will be expected of you:

Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
Present menus, answer questions, and offer thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
Accurately take and enter orders using the Club's point-of-sale system.
Communicate allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requests clearly with the Culinary Team.
Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation.
Check in with members and guests throughout their meals and respond promptly to their needs.
Prepare and present accurate checks and process payments appropriately.
Set up, organize, and maintain assigned service areas.
Keep tables and front- and back-of-house service areas clean and orderly.
Work closely with fellow Team Members to provide seamless service.
Promptly address concerns and involve a manager when additional assistance is needed.
Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.
Attend pre-shift meetings and remain informed about menu items, daily features, and Club events.
How will you make an impact?

One year of serving experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
A warm, professional, and service-focused approach.
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
The ability to remain calm and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
