Head of Automation Project Management

Join us as a Project Manager in the Building Automation field where you'll lead complex customer projects from start to finish. This role offers the chance to drive efficiency, manage diverse teams, and deliver exceptional results in a dynamic, global environment.

Lead end-to-end execution of customer projects, managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams

Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities to enhance project outcomes and reduce costs

Foster strong customer relationships through clear communication and proactive stakeholder engagement

Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and internal compliance requirements

managing competing demands across multiple projects and stakeholders

Project Management — intermediate level; leading end-to-end delivery of mono-technology and multi-system integration projects

Customer Orientation — intermediate level; fostering relationships and ensuring exceptional customer experiences

Risk Management — intermediate level; driving cost reduction while maintaining or improving delivery quality

coordinating effectively with local and global teams and stakeholders

making sound decisions in ambiguous situations with minimal supervision

overseeing project financials and ensuring alignment with business objectives

Excellent stakeholder management abilities and comfort navigating complexity with confidence

5 or more years of relevant experience in the Field of Building Automation, HVAC Automation and Technical field.

4-year bachelor's degree (e.g. Project Management, Business Management, Operations Management, etc.) or work experience.

Understanding of and proficient in project management skills

Excellent time management and organization skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Professional Scheduling Programs

Financial acumen and understanding

Excellent customer service

Leadership skills: team building, empower and delegate authority, ability to build rapport and consensus.

Advanced knowledge of contract law, codes, standards, and industry construction knowledge

Influence and convince internal and external customers, listen effectively, and solicit input from others.
