This role works closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Front Desk teams to ensure guest areas, back-of-house spaces, and public zones are consistently clean, stocked, and welcoming. A great Houseman is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a seamless guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and outdoor entrywaysSupport Room Attendants by delivering linens, removing trash, and restocking suppliesAssist with deep-cleaning tasks such as carpet care, floor polishing, and high-dustingRespond promptly to guest and team requests for additional items or supportEnsure all storage closets and housekeeping areas remain organized and fully stockedTransport soiled linens to designated areas and distribute clean linens as neededPerform light maintenance tasks when appropriate (changing light bulbs, reporting issues, etc.)Support event or operational setups by moving furniture, equipment, or suppliesFollow all safety, sanitation, and property standardsUphold brand presentation and guest-first service at all timesQualificationsPrevious housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not requiredAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, orderly spacesReliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a teamFriendly, professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindsetFlexible availability, including weekends and holidaysWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly payOpportunities for growth within the property and broader portfolioSupportive, team-driven environmentTraining and development in hospitality operationsPaid time off & vacationHealth, dental, vision benefits
