See why our caregivers chose to come and stay to thrive.Pay Rate: $22.50-$23.50/hr - with additional shift differential rates!Our Snohomish branch supports Snohomish, Everett, Arlington, Granite Falls, Mountlake Terrace, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Marysville, Edmonds, Lynnwood and nearby surrounding areas! Our shifts and needs are ever-changing. Pay $22.50-$23.50 hr depending on the clients care level.Example shifts include (but are not limited to):6 a.m.–Most shifts end by 2 p.m. or 4 p.m.Why Family Resource Home Care?Flexible Scheduling. You will be paid for the time you spend at orientation and any additional online training that is required.Access to online training and continuing education courses.We proudly recognize our caregivers through weekly emails and monthly newsletters.Caregiver Job DutiesOur caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):Cooking and/or serving mealsHelping clients bathe, dress, and groomProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesDriving clients (as needed) to the store or appointmentsMonitoring and reporting on their conditionAdditional InformationOur hiring process is fast and simple! Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!Washington only – If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements).
