Warehouse Handlers - 1st and 2nd Shift!

The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading logistics and warehousing organization to hire a Warehouse Handler in San Francisco, CA. You'll play a key role in ensuring inventory is received, stored, and shipped accurately-helping keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Safely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks

Organize and store inventory to maximize space and accessibility

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)

Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices

Forklift certification

Previous warehouse or logistics experience

Familiarity with inventory systems or barcode scanners

Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking

Physical stamina and safe material handling

Equipment operation and safety awareness

Warehouse setting with active equipment and moving materials

Requires standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment throughout the shift

Shift Schedule:

Full-time (typically 40 hours/week)

Shifts may vary based on operational needs (day, early morning, or evening shifts)

Occasional overtime may be required
