Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment, our home health physical therapists collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. In partnership with the Rehabilitation Hospital, our organization is an accredited recognized leader in home health. We deliver industry-leading therapy and nursing expertise and services that exceed national benchmarks throughout the West Michigan service area. This position supports patients in Benton Harbor and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required

Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.

Minimum of one year healthcare experience

Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software

Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is part of our background process, which includes medical and recreational marijuana.
