Full-Time Nanny Positions – College Park, Winter Park & Altamonte Springs Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency is currently hiring experienced full-time nannies for families throughout College Park, Winter Park, and Altamonte Springs.

Position Details
Full-time schedules averaging 35–40+ hours per week
Monday–Friday positions
Long-term opportunities with consistent schedules
Children’s ages vary by family, but most current positions involve infants aged 2 months and older
Pay range: $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience and the position
Our families are seeking dependable, attentive, and nurturing nannies who can provide high-quality care during scheduled hours. Nannies should be comfortable following established routines, supporting developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities, and creating a safe, engaging, and positive environment.
Applicant Requirements
Applicants must:
Have at least 3 years of professional childcare experience
Have strong infant-care experience
Be able to provide professional childcare references
Pass a comprehensive background check
Have reliable transportation
Be dependable, professional, and comfortable committing to a consistent full-time schedule
