Your Role as a BCBA at Compass
As a Compass BCBA, you will:

Work with a small caseload of 6-11 clients, allowing you to focus on quality over quantity.

Use evidence-based ABA and complementary practices to oversee treatment plans, train caregivers, and enhance family engagement to maximize impact and results.

You’ll have the opportunity to work in a diverse range of settings (home, community, and clinic) while receiving ongoing mentorship and support to grow professionally.

Competitive base salary of $70,000 - $100,000 , with significant earning potential through bonuses.

Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility within one month of hire).

Master’s degree in a related field.

Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
