ICU Graduate Nurse - Relocation Offered!

Role Overview

This position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in ICU and PCU settings.

Responsibilities

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.

Coordinating care with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive outcomes.

Monitoring patient conditions, adjusting interventions, and educating patients and families.

Documenting care accurately using electronic health records and participating in team rounds.

Delegating tasks and supervising support staff while maintaining accountability.

Supporting a culture of safety, teamwork, and quality improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program; BSN preferred.

Active, unrestricted RN license in the relevant state.

Certifications in BLS, CIT, and NAPPI; ACLS and stroke certifications preferred.

Excellent clinical judgment, communication, problem-solving, and emergency response skills.

Ability to recognize patient care issues and react appropriately.

Strong knowledge of healthcare reporting and quality measures.
