Caseworker - Social Work

A nonprofit client of Insight Global is seeking a counselor/Social Worker to provide direct clinical and supportive services to individuals enrolled in community-based programs. This role promotes participant stability, growth, and goal achievement through assessment, counseling, case management, and referral coordination. The Counselor / Social Worker works under the supervision of a licensed Clinical Supervisor and adheres to ethical, clinical, and program standards.

Case Management & Support

Participate in individual and group clinical supervision

• Case management and advocacy

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field preferred

• LSW, LPC, LPCC, LISW, or equivalent)
• Experience working with justiceimpacted individuals, youth, families, or communitybased populations preferred
