Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pizza Maker /Kitchen Manager to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas and menu items in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness, food safety standards, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications

Stretch, top, and bake pizza dough efficiently and consistently

Assist with preparation of ingredients (sauces, dough, toppings, etc.)

Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, mixers, and slicers safely

Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely order completion

Assist with other kitchen duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a pizza maker, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role for at least 5 years

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Passion for cooking and food creation

Hand-eye coordination and food preparation skills

Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Work Environment:

Fast-paced kitchen setting with exposure to heat, noise, and food preparation equipment
