AEROSPACE CNC Programmers

We're hiring an experienced CNC Swiss Machinist for a direct-hire, first-shift opportunity in Shakopee, MN. This position offers the chance to work with a respected manufacturer serving the aerospace, medical, defense, and industrial industries. You'll set up, operate, and maintain CNC Swiss-style machines to produce precision components that meet the highest engineering and quality standards.
Hours: 1st Shift | Monday - Thursday | 5:00 am - 4:00 pm

Duties of the CNC Swiss machinist:
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Swiss machines to produce precision parts
Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and CNC programs
Make offsets and program edits to improve productivity and accuracy
Perform in-process inspections and maintain documentation
Collaborate with the team to meet production and quality goals
Requirements of the CNC Swiss machinist:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of CNC Swiss machining experience
- Strong troubleshooting, computer, and communication skills
