Own financial performance: manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, AP/AR, billing accuracy, and collections; Streamline operations: optimize scheduling and workflow, oversee inventory and ordering, coordinate equipment maintenance, and refine SOPs

• Grow the business: manage local marketing, social media, and website content; plan community events and outreach to attract and retain clients
• Ensure compliance: uphold OSHA and workplace safety, proper record keeping and confidentiality, and adherence to applicable health, safety, and labor regulations
• Leverage technology: train teams on practice software and digital tools; Collaborate with veterinarians and clinical leaders to align medical operations and client service with hospital goals
• Schedule: full-time; some evening or weekend availability may be needed based on patient and client demand; 3-5 years of management experience, ideally in a veterinary, medical, or multi-unit service environment
• Demonstrated experience with P&L management, financial analysis, and KPI-driven decision making
• Strong HR skills across recruiting, coaching, performance management, and scheduling
