Job Description The salary range displayed represents the typical salary of candidates hired. San Luis Valley is seeking full-time, part-time, and PRN CNA's to join our Conejos County Hospital team. Under supervision this position will complete routine duties in caring for hospitalized patients. High School Diploma or GED
Direct care of patients including bathing and oral hygiene
Servicing and collecting food trays and feeding patients requiring help.
Cleaning equipment and re-stocking supplies
Providing age appropriate care through proper training
