Your leadership will directly support the production of technologies that help customers drive scientific breakthroughs and deliver life-changing solutions.How You'll Make an ImpactYou will lead facility operations and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs for a dynamic manufacturing site—ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a safe, high-performing environment.Lead and develop a team responsible for critical facility systems including HVAC, utilities, equipment maintenance, and infrastructureDrive EHS strategy and execution, ensuring compliance with OSHA, FDA, EMA, and cGMP standardsPartner cross-functionally to support uninterrupted manufacturing operationsChampion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reliability, safety, and efficiencyOversee risk assessments, audits, and corrective actions across safety and environmental programsManage vendor relationships, service agreements, and facility budgetsParticipate in new project reviews and process changes, ensuring safety and compliance are built in from the startLead emergency response readiness and participate in on-call rotationA Day in the LifeNo two days look the same—but your impact is constant.
